As Engineering Director, Joel is responsible for the design and engineering function of Glacier Energy’s manufacturing division. As well as being involved in projects for conventional energy markets, Joel has a special interest in renewables and has been driving the design of innovative solutions for clients in Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Energy Storage and Circular Economy industries. Joel joined Glacier Energy in 2015 and has held various roles from Technical Manager and Engineering Facility Manager and has a BEng Hons Aerospace Systems Engineering degree from Coventry University.
